- HFH will determine the market value of your property
This ensures that you get an accurate assessment of the current market value of the property. In so doing HFH Ltd will aim to secure you a true discount on the market price. HFH Ltd may even pay the costs of a Standard Mortgage Valuation of the property you wish to purchase*
- Transparency
HFH Ltd will inform you of the profit margin and covenant to donate 50% of net profit to charity.
